Refunds & Returns
We will gladly accept returns if you are unhappy with your items for any reason! Just send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org along with your order number and the issue with your item. We will provide you with an RMA number to be included with your return.
Dollar1 charges a restocking fee to cover the cost of outbound shipping in cases where Dollar1 is not at fault, and the customer will be responsible for any return shipping fees. Items must be returned within 60 days from the order date. Restocking fee charged is the greater of $6.95 or 20% of the item(s) price.
At our discretion we may decide to provide store credit in lieu of a product return/refund. Items found to have been used/worn will not be accepted. Fraudulent claims will be rejected at our full discretion. Items with damaged packaging will only be eligible for store credit.
Packages rejected due to incorrect address or undeliverable will be charged a restocking fee equal to the shipping costs incurred on both the outbound and return shipment.
Dollar1 uses national carriers USPS and UPS for outbound shipments and their tracking systems. In the event that USPS or UPS tracking shows that the item was delivered, we will not be responsible for lost or stolen orders and will not provide a refund or insurance claim.
Customers may cancel an order up to one hour after placing the order Monday through Friday. Customer Service is closed on Saturday, Sunday, & Federal Holidays and orders can not be cancelled during these times. Any requests to cancel an order after time has expired or on weekends/holidays will be responsible for any return shipping fees and will be deducted from the returned amount.
